Botanical Gardens Field Trip

We are bringing science to life again with a spectacular opportunity to visit the Botanical Gardens this Thursday, February 27th. Third graders recently wrapped up their unit on Life Cycles. During that time, they learned about the plant life cycle and the importance of plant life to our ecosystem. On the field trip, they will be able to visually explore different botanical species and walk through a variety of learning stations. The entire trip is FREE for all students!!!! Reminder to parents - your child will need to come dressed to school in his/her school uniform for this field trip! Thank you for your cooperation!!

Hello everyone! It's great to be back! Just wanted to let you know that business in Room 204 will return to normal. Reading logs will be sent home weekly as well as reading packets that will focus on the skills tested on the upcoming ELA Exams in April. As for science, we just wrapped up with the Life Cycles unit with a test! We are launching the new unit on Ecosystems when we return from the winter break! There are lots of exciting events planned for this unit including a field trip so stay tuned. I'm really looking forward to being back in the classroom and making great things happen for all of our third graders!!! -Mrs. Moon
